All reservations are confirmed upon payment of 20% of agreed price. The full price must be paid before the trip. The reservation and prices are based on initial inquiry. The changes such us destination, time of trip, number of passengers should be reported before the trip and if and when such adjustments lead to price changes, then the difference in price must be paid before trip as well.
In case that the trip is cancelled the amount paid for reservation is not refundable. In case that the trip is cancelled and the full amount for trip has been paid, the 80% of payment is refundable to client only if the trip is cancelled 48 hours in advance of departure.
